Judge James Robart, appointed by President George Bush in 2003, ruled the ban would be halted temporarily nationwide, effective immediately.
The move presents a fresh legal challenge for the Trump administration, which is expected to appeal against the decision promptly.
These judges need to be ignored, and then impeached.
IF there is one American citizen who is injured by the actions of one muzloid let in by this order, then the judge should be held criminally and civilly liable.

Sure feels to me like we are in a losing battle with the EO. It seems 90% of the world is buying into MSM spin on this, the Rats, treasonous rinos, never ending supply of renegade Judges Trump is holding his own with public opinion but l don’t know for how long. Folks take note and collect those media sources (authors and editors) refering to this as a muslim ban. Makes it easy to see the true bias and prejudice of each media source

New York, Massachusetts, Virginia, Washington, and Minnesota are suing over the temporary visa suspension.
The issue is not the issue, it is merely a vehicle. The goal is to support their anti-Trump narrative and to sow discord. They know full well that the EO is legal.
Looks like the ruling only applies to green card holders.
The headline of the article is misleading. This ruling will probably have no impact at all since the green card situation was already fixed.
These judges are tag-teaming Trump.
