In review of the EO versus Judge’s order, it appears that only certain parts of the order are included in TRO. Visa, limits on refugees, etc. remain. Travel ban from these countries is all that is included in TRO. Sections: 3(c), 5(a,b,c and e).

Thank you for posting that. Unlike the vacuous order from the 9th Circuit this order is based in law.

The “vacuous” order was from a federal district court judge in Seattle, not the Ninth Circuit . The appeal of course will be taken to the 9th Cir that has 26 active judges. All depends on the particular three-judge panel that hears the appeal. I suspect, the Ninth Circuit will rule that Washington State has no standing to bring the suit and thus reverse the lower court ruling.
Agree. I think the 3 judge panel will end this.
But I could see it passing, if only so they can make a circus style protest out of the proceedings before they ultimately ruled against the plaintiffs.
The horror show of liberal idiots that would be camped outside the court would make for terribly stupid interviews, but good late night entertainment after the sun went down and they started fireballing the courthouse and pepper spraying females wearing red hats.
The Trump team set itself up with a botched rollout that wasn't explained, and that incompetently affected green card holders, people holding already issued visas, and people in transit. These were perfectly predictable issues. They are ancillary to the main purpose of the EO. Only a few hundred such individuals were affected, and they could easily have been held harmless. We can only hope that the relevant people in the Trump team have taken a lesson.

I turned on some of the Facebook feeds I had turned off, and some of these people are so cravenly stupid and profoundly antagonistic it scares me that they can vote!
They "share" the most asinine stories about Trump that it is painfully obvious their only qualifier for belief is that said story is critical of Trump.
In one day, my cousin "shared" how Eric Trump is ripping off the government because he went out of the country and "we" have to pay for his SS detail; Trump doesn't care about the death of the Navy Seal whose body he welcomed back at Dover because he wasn't in the Situation Room when the operation he died on was occurring; Trump is somehow stealing from us because his self-financed campaign paid millions of dollars for use of his properties; Trump is screwing us on the cost of his security detail because it costs so much for him to "vacation" in Mar-a-Lago....
Another of my wife's "friends" acts like her hair is on fire because she doesn't get the media's use of "rolling back protections for homosexuals" means preventing them from suing Christian Bakers into bankruptcy!

Just smile knowingly and treat them like the mentally deficient misfits they are - they will either destroy themselves or push others into doing it the hard way.

. The only branch that can enforce any federal law is the Executive Branch and The head of that Branch is the President of the United States.
Every law enforcement officer of any kind that has any arrest power works under him from the park police,to the CIA,FBI,Treasury,Border Patrol,Homeland Security, and any other employee that any arrest or enforcement power including those U.S. Marshals in his courtroom and those that guard him everyday do at the grace of the President
These little Black Robed demo-gods all they can do give an opinion and hope the Executive Branch will enforce it and that next month the spineless Legislative Branch will send them their paycheck and let them have the real decisions that the people need debate on that the almost useless congress don't have the guts to make themselves.
