Scientists: Tom Brady’s diet is total BS
New You Post ^ | January 30, 2017 | Molly Shea

To hear Brady tell it, his longevity is largely thanks to his eccentric eating habits.

In late 2014, he explained his diet to Sports Illustrated as 80 percent alkaline and 20 percent acidic, which, he says, “maintain[s] balance and harmony through [his] metabolic system.”

Brady is married to a super model and at age 39 is playing professional sports at the highest level. I would never listen to health tips from him. /S

Tom Brady should be celebrated for the fact of what model of excellence he is. Instead of being bashed he should be looked up at for a clean life he has lead drug free with eating a responsible diet and exercise. He is close to being a perfect model for our youth yet is bashed by jealous haters.
He wins because he out works everyone,he is a leader, he is a competitor,he is loved by his teammates, and is very generous with his time and money to the community.

I pray he goes into politics when he retires at 45.

My cousin saturated her kid’s pacifiers in honey when they were infants.Don’t know about the botulism spores but they are extremely overweight.

Lady Gaga, the halftime performer, has been part of anti-Trump protests and anti-Melania comments.

She’s been ‘asked’ by the NFL not to say anything.

But, she will.

I won’t be hearing it, but for the incessant tom-tom beat of the MSM.

When I read the headline, I figured 80% it's fake news. Looks like a decent diet to me. What's confused the "scientists" is that he uses "alkaline" for non-protein.

Another great diet is to completely remove MSM from your "news diet". You'll feel better right away!

I normally would boycott the Super Bowl especially in a year like we just had. However, I want to watch Roger give Brady the Super Bowl Trophy. That will be hilarious. I can’t wait. Brady has been bashed as much as Trump this past year. To me he seems like a good guy who supports Trump.

It works for him....
Perhaps not for others...

I would bet that the amount of discipline it takes is above what most of us could attain.

I would bet that it wouldn’t work for Rosie......

I am having a hard time connecting the Platte River with the Grand Canyon. Have ridden horseback along the Platte. Seemed a long way from the Grand Canyon. I thought the Grand Canyon had the Colorado River going thru it.

They’ve been hit piecing him since looooong before the last election. He just bugs the media. Probably he’s really good looking, has a supermodel wife with multiple kids, a supermodel girlfriend before he he also spawned with, he’s smart, he doesn’t do the money grab in contract negotiations, and he’s very successful. Basically he’s everything that could ever irritate people without actually trying to irritate people.

Botulism with honey?

They found containers of honey in the pyramids in Egypt & it was still good.

Honey is also used by many for skin scrapes. Heals up the skin often without any scars.

The saying “all models are wrong; some models are useful” applies to diet models, and religious models. All the models are wrong, but a few are highly useful. Many scientists have too much religious faith in their useless models.

It was on his way out there. John Wesley Powell was the explorer. Lost an arm in the Civil War, but still was quite a remarkable adventurer with that limitation at that time in history.

I think it matters more what he doesn't eat than what he does eat. Take sugar, white flour, alcohol, processed food, and dairy out of your diet completely then watch your transformation over time.

Add to that yoga, stretching, running, proper hydration, unlimited time and money for diet and exercise, and decades of being in good shape, and you've got yourself a very healthy body.
