My late wife made really good pancakes. I just can’t seem to get them right. They are edible but not much more.

Should be a more important holiday now that Kellyanne Conway is councilor to the President. In 1982, she won the New Jersey Blueberry Princess pageant. :o)

Your favorite pancake batter + 1 can of blueberry
pie filling, mix and cook as usual.
Yeah, it turns 'em blue(ish), but I bet you won't care.

We took our 2 year old Daughter to get some shots. Afterwards I said, why don’t we just eat breakfast while we are our. I asked her what she wanted and she said hot dogs!. The trouble was she was sometimes hard to understand and I thought she said hot cakes.
We stopped at McDonald’s and ordered hot cakes and sausage. They were actually good but Lesley would not touch them. She finally ate just a little. That was when we figured out that she was expecting hot dogs.

Adding blueberries to the pancake batter when mixing up the ingredients may result in a bluish hue. To avoid this, add them right after dropping dollops of batter to the hot griddle. Blueberries add a freshness to pancakes and nutrients like vitamin K, vitamin C, manganese and copper. (Recipe at link) Now THAT's something we agree on! Proof that there is a gracious God.
