The footage was recorded at Alcacuz Prison in the north eastern Brazilian city of Natal which is in the midst of a bloody riot as rival gangs attack each other.
The bodies of some prisoners have been returned to their loved ones with their heads missing after they were decapitated.
Only 22 victims of the horrific violence had been identified so far, with forensic experts still trying to determine who two heads, a forearm, an arm and a leg removed by the prison grounds belonged to.

Elite military police are expected to move in shortly to help jail guards take inmates back to their cells and finally restore full order to the prison.
The prisoners filmed preparing their barbecue were said to belong to an Amazon drug gang called the Family of the North and a Rio de Janeiro-based drugs gang called the Red Command.

This could have been handles so much more humanely. They could have simply feasted on a few guys’ limbs. Nobody had to die.

obama would call them “dreamers” that just want to pursue their dreams and a better life.
Looks like they are regressing in the past by following the example set by their ancestors who were also cannibals such as the Aztecs, Mayans, Toltecs, and other pre-Columbian, Mesoamerican cultures.
My long-standing belief is that no prison sentence should last more than 5 years. If you think the crime is so severe that 5 years would be insufficient, then an execution is warranted.
I’m OK with fines and corporal punishment, short sentences, and executions. Long term warehousing of human detritus? I just don’t see the purpose of it.
Issue the following order:
Return to your cell or be shot.
Give them one hour to comply and then follow through on the order.

We need executions, and we need them expeditiously: due process.
Cordon off the place, and cut off food, power, and water -—until all sentences are completed...
