When I got up this morning, I noticed that FR is back up but couldn't find a thread explaining why this latest outage on such a big day. If the reason for the outage has been mentioned on another thread, please link it.

Great News! Heard from John a little while ago. He has the server physically running. He’s going to backup the data and run integrity tests before putting it online, We could be up and running very soon if everything checks out, Sorry, no clues to why it crashed. Nothing unusual in the logs. It’s one of our newer servers, but this is twice that it crashed “for no reason whatsoever” so it’s now destined to be replaced. Prayers up that all checks out and maybe we’ll be up soon.

There were a lot of trolls on FB mock FR and its software...but the outage was less than 48 hours, a fraction of the time it took the DUmmies to get up and running after the election.

I don’t know what FR is implying by going out on a Friday and coming back on Sunday.
It doesn’t matter...what matters is, it’s back now.
