Regulation: As President Obama continues his bizarre last-minute regulatory siege without letup, Donald Trump has made it clear he'll undo most of the unneeded rules once he's in office. And Congress hopes to make it very easy for him to do.
As he heads for the exits, Obama is engaged in a frenzy of regulation, intended to hamstring American businesses and reward green groups and unions. But while the pace has picked up recently, it's really nothing new.
As Paul Bedard of the Washington Examiner has noted, Obama's "lame duck administration poured on thousands more new regulations in 2016 at a a rate of 18 for every new law passed," citing a new study by Clyde Wayne Crews of the Competitive Enterprise Institute.
Yes, Congress passes many of the laws that make these regulations possible. In 2016, Congress passed 211 laws, which is pretty impressive given that the House was only in session for about 111 days.

It only seems "bizarre" when you approach it as if Obama has always had the best interests of the United States in mind. These actions are not of a mature statesman, who only seeks the best for our country, even as his term ends. This is petulance: unbridled acts of mockery and scorn against the office and the country. He has no respect for our country, and if historians are accurate, they'll paint him as the worst President ever. (You're welcome, Jimmy Carter.)
It would not surprise me to hear that parts of the White House have been vandalized, perhaps even historic pieces ruined or in disrepair before January 20.
Please show me any evidence that Obama has an IQ above 100.
Every word of every Executive Order, Executive Memorandum, Signing statement and opinion letter he’s ever signed should be REVOKED and/or COUNTERMANDED.
There is nothing of official record that documents he has any IQ or other scholarly transcript.

His IQ is far above 100. I do not think he is anywhere near Ronald Reagan (a genius), Bill Clinton (definitely high IQ, if used for evil) or Donald Trump (likely another genius).
But he is no dummy.
The article says that the House passed the Midnight Relief Act which will allow them to overturn multiple regulations at once. Sounds like they plan to delete them all.
Blog pimping is most unattractive.
The amount of damage Obama has done - none of it is accidental.
I'd guess it's slightly above room temperature.
