THE EUROPEAN Union is starting to take on the hated traits of the old Soviet Union, according to a controversial advertising guru currently splitting opinion in Germany and Switzerland
Advertising guru Alexander Segert said the EU elite were operating like the old Soviet politburo imposing centralized one-size-fits-all rules and values on everyone in the community.
He added: They are trying to bring different mentalities and cultures under one roof and level them. And people dont like that.

Started as the “European Common Market” to promote trade after the devastation of WWII. Now a overreaching govt. bureaucracy that has destroyed national sovereignty. Brexit is the start to dismantling the EU.
To: fella
Obamunism has given us dictated rules and values as well.

The most puzzling development in politics during the last decade is the apparent determination of Western European leaders to re-create the Soviet Union in Western Europe. ― Mikhail Gorbachev

Before the brexit vote I watched the ‘brexit movie’ online about how the EU operated and one of the surprising things for me was to learn the ‘elite’ had their own shopping centers/malls etc., that no one else could use, making themselves European royalty while dispensing overbearing laws and regulations at will on the citizenry,
Astonishing really that any free thinking peoples would allow or go along with such a blatant dictatorship rising up right in front of them and want more it,
I pray that England can truly escape this beast, I’m not so sure it will ever be allowed if they don’t have strong leaders to see it thru,

...Alexander Segert said the EU elite were operating like the old Soviet politburo imposing centralized one-size-fits-all rules and values on everyone in the community. Alexander Segert is seeeing the underlying truth...

EU is an increasing dictatorship (as was the intent of some of its sponsors from the beginning)
having peaceful relations and trade between nations is one thing, a very desirable thing
but a dictatorship (whether its called a relocated Soviet Union or the Fourth Reich) is quite another thing
dictatorship is NOT necessary for peaceful relations and trade!

Apparently a human tendency to bring down their own forms of government, no matter how democratic or tyrannical. What invent of governing would work in perpetuity? I wonder.

Years later Mikhail Gorbachev said that "the most puzzling development in politics during the last decade is the apparent determination of Western European leaders to re-create the Soviet Union in Western Europe." I couldn't agree more.

The goal of the EU is to eliminate the individual countries and establish a strong socialist central government.
