On Thursday morning the "Today" show had a segment with a psycologist who was there to guide parents on how to explain Hillary Clinton's loss to their children.
"Well that is interesting, they sure didn't have a child psycologist on to explain to my children the loss of Mitt Romney, or John McCain. You just simply did not have that," said a suburban mother sitting in the waiting room of a doctor's office with the morning show streaming on the television.
The young mother, an IT professional who lives in Pittsburgh, the "Paris of Appalachia," said she was stunned once again how the media still don't get people outside of the big cities.
"Two days later and they still don't get it," said Brad Todd, a Washington based Republican consultant who also caught the show.

Everybody was so worried about Trumps brown and black numbers, they forgot to notice Hillary’s white numbers. And the whites are still the majority.

Well, the first step was when Hillary threatened to put the coal mines out of business and to leave all those hard working miners unemployed. And no Democrat, or MSM, uttered a word. (except maybe Manchin and Webb)

My old man was raised in Appalachia in southwestern New York just over the PA border and I spent many summers as a kid up there staying with my grandmother. The old man always used to say that the people up there will work harder than anyone else in the world and someday people would figure it out and build a real powerhouse of an industry in Appalachia. I’m still waiting, and they’re still suffering the malaise of 25 years of relentless government actions to drive what industry they have into the grave. I hope President Elect Trump is able to light the fuse that makes my pop’s prophecy come true.
The white working class is both too deplorable and too ignorant for the liberal elite to care what they think. They are supposed to do what they are told. Or else.
The Democrats did not lose these voters, they insulted, demeaned and threw them into the garbage can. To lose implies inattention, they actively rejected them, their jobs and their society!
It’s pretty straight forward, I think. She talked about putting people out of work, putting entire industries out of business and raising taxes across the board. Not exactly a message that the working class (of any ethnicity) likes to hear.
Harry Truman once said that you could not get rich in politics unless you were a crook. The Clintons have amassed over $250 million during their years in politics without producing any goods or services.
Corrupt Hillary is a lying sick old crook, who accepts bribes and betrays our country. Everything she says and does, or causes to be said or done, must be viewed with the utmost suspicion. Her promises are worthless, unless they enrich her in some way.
Her husband is a rapist and a pedophile whom she has actively enabled.
THAT is why she lost the election.
I’ve read some stories that came out of there, and while financially poor, they are clever, and have traditional stories of riddles.
I wonder how well they would do as “hi tech red necks” i.e. a second India in the IT business?
