Donald Trump ditched reporters on Tuesday night and went to a restaurant with his family, according to pool reports.
The president-elect ducked out of Trump Tower without the group of reporters who have been following his transition meetings since he was elected last week. He was spotted at the 21 Club on West 52nd Street in New York, where the block was shut down and only a small group of reporters was allowed to stand outside the restaurant.

The media cracks me up. It’s not like he is on official state business here...... just a dinner with his family. He will be in the fishbowl soon enough. Until then, just leave him be. This is the problem with the paparazzi media model.
Remember when Obama took Air Force 1 on a date to New York and caused a panic from people who saw the low flying plane? Little criticism for that, but Trump going to a private dinner at a restaurant in New York is somehow a breach of their own protocol?
