Colin Kaepernick is standing behind his decision not to vote in the presidential election or even register to take part in the democratic process, saying he can effect change in other ways besides through a ballot.
The San Francisco 49ers quarterback has knelt through the national anthem all season to protest police brutality and the treatment of minorities, drawing criticism and acclaim alike. He took more heat for not voting last week.
I thought a lot of different things about the process and what I could and couldnt do, he said Tuesday. Once again, the system of oppression is what I have an issue with.
I dont agree with the system of oppression and thats something that I will continue to not agree with.

So... a de facto vote for The Donald.
Thank you.
Kaepernick has reportedly never registered to vote in his life. He’s never taken the time or trouble to get involved in any way in the democratic process. He’d rather complain about being oppressed.
That’s it, just stay on the sidelines of life. It’s where you thrive.
A millionaire’s life in a country of oppression. Touching tale.

All liberals do is spout slogans. They don’t even know what they mean.
You think this guy is a dunderhead (he is)...
Basketball season is just getting started.
Get out, punk.
It wasn’t just a presidential election.
There were many other positions up for election plus probably some local referendums.
The guy has no right to complain about anything if he did not bother to vote.

Since he wasn’t registered to vote it actually wasn’t a “decision” now was it?
A painfully dumb and p-whipped loser
One stupid, insignificant quarterback? Who in the F-— cares???
Good gawd, can we stop giving this idiot free press??
Throw the ball and STFU.
Not voting is a way of voting. I see nothing wrong with it. We all have the right to not vote
If I headed that team, he would either honor the anthem, or stay in the clubhouse.....he dishonored his TEAM
Looking forward to Pats-SF game. Hoping Colin gets stomped.
Why is this shameless un-American still in the news.
Quite true. He he certainly effected a change in the NFL's bottom line.
