We never ratified the treaty, and EVERY treaty has withdrawal provisions, so it is a non-starter...based upon a fraudulent premise. Have fun with it, you and your sucker friends, but we want no part of it.

I would say that Obama is the one who agreed to it.
So Obama has to abide by it. He is responsible for the whole US share, so he can drive no car, nor heat or cool his home, not eat any food produced with a tractor, or use electricity or fly in any aircraft.
He can lead by example, an we can laugh.
