If man didn’t exist the climate would still change. The climate change protection racket is the ultimate scam. Politicians everywhere controlling every aspect of our lives. They can’t even figure out health care, much less control the climate. Down with them all. If they truly believed in their words, they would live in grass huts and pick berries.
Nothing is irreversible. Just consider the fate of the 18th Amendment, that introduced Prohibition on a national scale. Carved into stone as a part of the Constitution, its ill effects were obvious within months of introduction, and only got progressively worse over the fourteen years it was in force (or rather, enforced in a perfunctory and capricious manner). The outcome was to introduce a widespread distrust and flouting of the authority of the Federal government.

The Treaty of Versailles sure as hell wasn’t irreversible.
They don’t want to “figure out healthcare”; they are just interested in control and power. Just like O’Brien in “Nineteen Eighty-Four” pointed out—no interest in the good of others, and worship of the acquisition of pure power.

And even then, it would not be “irreversible”.
Perhaps what he meant was that it is “irreversible” for France. I don’t know how treaties are ratified in France, but in the USA it has to be agreed to by 2/3rds of the Senate and that ain’t gonna happen.

Screw Obama’s promise ... not ratified means threre’s nothing been agreed to in the first place.
Nothing legislated by Obamaumau is irreversible.
Think the head frog should sit down with a constitutional lawyer and let him tell him what binds us to a pact. Nothing. It’s over. Done. Finis. Just like climate change is over.
