No president can unilaterally bind the country to an “irreversible” agreement.

Did I miss something? When did the Senate ratify this treaty? Assuming they didn’t, this “accord” can be reversed the moment Trump is sworn in.
Francois Holland is not an expert on the American Constitution. A TREATY cannot be approved by the President. His signature is not binding. Only the approval of the Senate will allow any “Treaty” to be effective. Time the Idiot (who is not popular with the French people) learns to keep his mouth shut over things he cannot control. He will NOT be reelected next spring.
And if President Trump decides to ignore the deal, exactly what are the consequences?
France will pout?

Well, it’s irreversible for countries that are bound by it. The US is not in that group. Maybe France is, though. :-)

I don’t expect socialists like Hollande to be expert on the US Constitution. I certainly do expect him to hate it, though.
