An Agoura Hills man was arrested and charged with making terrorist threats against the Islamic Center of Southern California in Koreatown.
Mark Lucian Feigin, 40, was taken into custody last week.
On Sept. 19, the suspect left at the center a voicemail filled with hate and profanity. The next day he called again and threatened to kill Muslims, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Police said they found at least nine guns, modified high-capacity magazines and 250 pounds of ammunition in the 40-year-old suspects home.
People make threats of this nature and they have the means to carry out those threats. Its a very serious matter, Capt. Horace Frank of the LAPDs Counter Terrorism and Special Operations Bureau said Tuesday. We recognize everyone has the right to free speech, but with that right comes enormous responsibility. When someone starts talking about, `Ill kill you, it becomes a concern to us.
But Frank declined to say whether investigators believe Feigin was planning an attack or making empty threats.

Some folks just aren’t smart enough to keep their own weapons.
And that’s one American terrorizing Muslima versus how many Muslims who have been terrorizing us for how many years? We got a lt of catching up to do..../s

Police entered a citizen’s home and at least the story as written focuses on his personal property ( constitutionally protected) instead of even bothering to explain the apparently unconstitutional violation of his private residence. If a warrant was issued. By what judge and upon what proper evidence of what crime. And with what showing of nexus to the site and necessity to invade it ? A big part of our loss of our liberties is due to the crappy and misguided kind of “news reporting “ we are getting from so much of the major media today. That he had a few firearms - so what????
250+ little Christian children tossed into an industrial mixer in Syria, and the LA Slimes says nothing.
Some idiot spouts off but does nothing, and the Slimes goes bonkers because he has guns.
Just sigh.
Sorry, it was in Ethiopia. Link: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3484689/posts
Screw them if they can’t take a good joke.
Still no guns, ammo, explosives, crock pots, etc. found in the homes of any Muzzies threatening to murder Americans. Everything is bass ackwards these days.
“Modified high capacity magazines”
You mean he had regular magazines blocked to ten rounds to comply with CA law?
So much better to call them modified, sounds way scarier than man had CA legal magazines.
They found 250 rounds of ammunition?
How did they find exactly 250 rounds of ammunition?
Modified high capacity magazines?
With a pitiful 250 rounds of ammo, this guy isn’t a threat to anyone.
Maybe double stacked , taped together
Absent a warrant , the "fruit of the tree" is tainted.
It is not a threat threat. It is self defense because Islam’s book says they must kill him.
Its going to be a different scenario after Trump is sworn i believe, quite different.
Read it again. 250 pounds of ammo. Thousands of rounds.
250 pounds, not rounds.
For 5.56mm NATO, that appears to be 0.407 oz per cartridge. So, 39.3 rounds per pound, or a total of 9828 rounds.
But 250 pounds sounds scarier (even though it probably includes the packaging - and ammo cans are NOT light).
I do not disagree with your comment.
It says 250 Pounds of ammunition. I don’t know if that’s a typo or what.
Get a new pair of reading glasses. The article says, "and 250 pounds of ammunition." I never heard of ammunition counted in pounds.
So?
