A global warming research center at the London School of Economics got millions of dollars from UK taxpayers by taking credit for research it didn’t perform, an investigation by The Daily Mail revealed.
The UK government gave $11 million dollars to the Centre for Climate Change Economics and Policy (CCCEP) in exchange for research that the organization reportedly never actually did.
Many papers CCCEP claimed to have published to get government money weren’t about global warming, were written before the organization was even founded, or were written by researchers unaffiliated with CCCEP. The government never checked CCCEP’s supposed publication lists, saying they were “taken on trust,” according to the report.
“It is serious misconduct to claim credit for a paper you haven’t supported, and it’s fraud to use that in a bid to renew a grant,” Professor Richard Tol, a climate economics expert from Sussex University whose research was reportedly stolen by CCCEP, told The Daily Mail. “I’ve never come across anything like it before. It stinks.”

The Global Warming Cult is just another symptom of the disease that is fiat money and central banking.
Sounds crazy - but this case proves it. When governments can issue massive debt at will, at zero interest rates, in a completely unbacked, fiat money, all the Left’s favorite social-engineering schemes and political scams can find a few dollars of support.
Why do research when you can just make sh!t up?

LOL! What more is there to research? Take the money and run. They only expect one conclusion so it’s a mockery of “research” and “science” anyway.
They get paid for a study they didn’t do and then they get upset when we doubt the results. Okay.
Exactly. Who needs research when your “findings” are known/dictated in advance? The only thing research might do is uncover some inconvenient facts that would have to be ignored or manipulated to fit the narrative.
Everything about the gloBULL warming scam stinks. Follow the money and connect a few dots and bingo! You quickly see it’s all about the money and they’ve made it so they can’t be proven wrong for 50 years or more. It’s a beauty of a scam because the sucker liberals are buying into it.

The amazing thing is that the Global Warming hysteria is based TOTALLY on climate models, not actual conditions. And NONE of the models predicted what we have seen in the past 20 years. The carbon-temperature correlation is not working. Sea level rise is not happening as fast as they expected. Arctic Sea Ice is not melting as they projected. Hurricanes are not as intense as planned. Temperatures are not rising dramatically as their models showed.
So they just take that actual data and try to correct the models to make them conform.
It is like offering a sophisticated model to predict the Super Bowl winner before the season, and changing the predictions after each week. Finally making the final predictions after the first half of the Super Bowl. And saying that the model worked.
How stupid are the gullible masses to buy into this?
