I have a Beretta Tomcat (.32) not much larger and very concealable.

Looks plausible for brassiere carry.

.22 LR is more powerful.

Nope, not even close. Out of a short pistol barrel a 32 can gin up 129-160 ft pounds. Pushing a 60 to 72 grain bullet.

A 22 can only do that ME with a rifle length barrel with a 32 to 40 grain bullet. In a 2 inch pistol barrel it’s about half the power of a 32 acp. And it gives you the added benefit of less reliable ignition.

I love a 22 and carry one sometimes. I know it is lethal too. But no, its not the same as a 32 or 380 glass gun.

Thanks for the edifying comment.

But I never carry less than a .380 in the Sig p232.

Less than a pound and no sharp edges.

Pea shooter, give me a MP in 9mm that has a 32 rd mag, and can be carried with a shoulder strap. I don’t have time to point a small pistol, I like the spray and pray method, because at my age, I’m lucky if I can see the target.

Never say never.

I preferred to carry a gov model 45. At one point I carried a 22 mini revolver tucked into a discrete spot because of where I was working.

I’m now carrying a double stack 10mm.

Keltec .380 is so small I don’t even know it’s in my pocket.

Went to the range with my buddy. I took two smaller weapons: an LCR 22WMR, and a M&P Shield 9mm with Night Sights. Buddy brought a more full size Barretta 9 and a 22 target pistol.

My eyes (senior age) on an indoor lane handled the M&P best even with the shorter sight radius. Love that Tritium.

Cute, but I’d never carry a .32; .380 HP is as low as I’ll go and, all things being equal, I’ll opt for one of my .45s.

Hell, my “pocket gun” is a Sig 938 (.9mm) loaded with Federal Hydra Shoks.

The Seecamp is a beautiful example of design and workmanship. If I had had spare money, I would buy one. But is has a steel frame; which causes the recoil shock wave to hurt your hand. The modern "plastic" frames (Kel-Tec, Ruger and Taurus) softens the recoil. The perceived recoil of a "plastic" .380 is about the same as a steel .32.

To me the most important thing is to have the biggest caliber pistol that you will actually carry. Better a .380 in the pocket than a .45 at home.

I have tried many different pistols and I can carry a Taurus TCP and it fits so well that I forget that it is in my pants pocket.

My sister in law (let's call her Jane) is rabid anti-gun. One day she went in a full bore rant, not knowing that I was carrying a pistol. My wife started giggling like a little girl. Jane asked why my wife was giggling. My wife asked Jane if she felt in danger. When Jane said "no," my wife told her that I had a pistol in my pocket and had been carrying that pistol all weekend. Jane got a shocked look on her face. I do not envy my brother.

Is this the one that required a shorter, or deeper seated bullet to fit the magazine?

I’ll stick with a Beretta .25 or go up to a Ruger .380.

,25 in left pocket, .380 in the right! 45 ACP stainless in the left arm pit, 9MM Brownign Hi-Power in the right.
.44 special in the small of the back. .38 on the left ankle, .38 on the right.

And two people to wheel me in with all that weight.

I saw this yesterday. Liked it right up to the point where I saw the price tag. Lots of other well made .32s and .380s for a lot less.

I’ve been seriously considering the 10mm conversion for my G21 SF.

That round is a thumper for sure.
