“Somehow I cant see Mrs Trump out pulling weeds.”
Don’t worry, nobody saw Mrs. Obama pulling out a weed either, unless the cameras were there.
Paying people to keep the garden up when the occupant doesn’t want it is senseless. Call the sod company and get rid of it. Kind of like returning a Churchill bust.
How about we build a European-American museum over it?
Pig farm = More bacon!
Trump can send her an open invitation to work on it when she likes.
I would like to see every last vestige of Obama’s reign plowed, repealed, fired, or otherwise removed. Obama should be a major chapter in US History - a cautionary lesson on why socialism is both evil and destructive. However, we don’t need any visible reminders of these terrible years in the real world. Even the garden can and should go. It’s harmless except as a reminder of the oppression imposed by a power-hungry racist, but that is enough to justify getting rid of it.
Somehow I doubt the Wookiee ever pulled weeds either - except for the one or two for the cameras.
She's too caught up in her black privilege.
I agree.
Remember to sanitize the dirt also.
Muslim cooties.
Lol!!
Thread winner!
My thoughts exactly. Doze it under and put a haul away trash container there.
**This little garden will live on as a symbol of the hopes that we all hold of growing a healthier nation for our children, Mrs. Obama told a crowd gathered at the garden to celebrate the dedication.**
Screw that. I’m going to Chick-Fil-A and eat lunch!
I said yesterday Trump should tear it out and make a magnificent garden. Or he should just tear it out, because all the Obamas have done since they came to power is stick us in the eye. Turnabout is fair play.
I am sure that a President Trump could get his hands on a jackhammer or two. Return it to its original landscaped condition.
Victory gardens, also called war gardens or food gardens for defense, were vegetable, fruit, and herb gardens planted at private residences and public parks in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Germany during World War I and World War II. They were used along with Rationing Stamps and Cards to reduce pressure on the public food supply. Besides indirectly aiding the war effort, these gardens were also considered a civil "morale booster" in that gardeners could feel empowered by their contribution of labor and rewarded by the produce grown. This made victory gardens a part of daily life on the home front.[from Wiki]
I’ve read everyones replies and somehow I think it would be best to preserve it.
At least sort of...couldn’t cotton be planted there?
Rotation of the crops to preserve the soil would be the official line...

Trump should build a mini-casino on it.
News flash, Mookie: Melania don’t garden.
Change is good!
