Not only was she exposing thousands of people to pneumonia (if in fact she actually has pneumonia), she proved she is not intelligent enough to be President because she did not take (allegedly) good medical advice.
It is true that patients suffering from Parkinson's Disease often die from pneumonia, but I don't think it's contagious, as is pneumonia caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae

There are a whole bunch of different bacterial and viral causes of pneumonia, most of them are contagious.
