If Donald Trump is elected President we could be in for some scary times. But there could be some good benefits to this. A lot of people in Congress and the Media dislike him intensely. I suspect that a lot of Judges do too. What'll end up happening is that they will discover something called the Constitution and start really reading/analyzing it very carefully. After 8 years of Trump we may actually have a federal government that is limited to its well-defined functions and we might see the 10th Amendment finally enforced.
Advice for Donald Trump: Never make any decisions as President without having it be fully vetted by attorney(s) to ensure it is fully lawful. If the law is ordering you to do something which you believe is unConstitutional then have your Solicitor General & other staff file appropriate suits to get court injunctions to stop the unconstitutional laws. And use the "bully pulpit" judiciously to go after the members of Congress who may try to undermine the Constitution & leave them alone otherwise. Don't waste your attack Trump on petty matters but just focus it on that & you will have plenty of legitimate targets considering how so many Congress critters fail to respect the Constitution & the oaths they took. I have little doubt that starting from the launch of his Transition planning teams (which has already started) that there are going to be plenty of people hell-bent on trumping up "high crimes and misdemeanor" allegations against Trump so he better take this risk seriously.
Why would we be scared of the guy who ISN’T responsible for the zhitty state of the world we live in?
Trump should unEO every Obama EO. I hope Trump uses EO’s to build a wall etc. Turn about is fair play.
What “scary times” do you think would occur if Trump was elected President? You seem ill informed and well, ignernt and an attention hoe.
It’s not Trump presidency anyone should be scared of. but rather the unhinged leftists who are already turning violent against the American voters.
Do you like Obama’s America?
Degaston, you should change your screen name to “quisling”.
This ought to be fun to watch.
You aren’t scared NOW?
Putting an end to the corruption in politics being run by Lobbyists frightens you?
Wake up.
My minimum requirement for the next president is that he respect policemen, and not glorify cop-killers.
If he manages to accomplish anything above and beyond that, it will just be gravy.
It’s time for “Freedom of the press” to actually mean more than getting immunity for writing and saying bad things about the person they don’t support and only good things about the person they do support.
The fact that a possible Trump presidency frightens you more than a possible Cankles’ presidency pegs you as an idiot, a troll, or both.
I hope you manage to get some counseling for your excessive fearfulness.
Your premise is misleading. It's almost certain either Trump or Hillary will be elected. It's therefore more accurate to say that we're in for some rough waters, period.
You may not be sure what you'll get from Trump, but have no doubt about what you'll get from Hillary. With Trump he'll have to break some china to make changes. Wouldn't you prefer that?
As for being "afraid" of Trump, you've bought into the lie that the left is peddling...Trump is dangerous, impulsive, etc...
I won't waste my time debunking that. But please...pull your head out of your arse.
get a “safe space” if your scared of Trump.
he says “mean” things about our establishment
that might be too much for some
T is a “scary” prospect because we don’t know whether he can or will do what is necessary to be done. The alternative presents a certainty of ending the Constitution and the Republic. I will vote for the hope-for-the-best candidate rather than avoid uncertainty by voting for the other one.
I hope you manage to get some counseling for your excessive fearfulness.
This fearful poster can always suck his thumb and hold his teddy bear
close until he finds someone that can help him.
And he needs help.
I imagine Trump knows the constitution as well as the next, i have not heard him say anything that was against it.
I agree he does need a good laawer for insurance.
Did you consult with NPR or the WaPo on how to write a concern troll vanity?
