At least the press will be doing their job. I’m not worried in the least.

"Advice for Donald Trump: Never make any decisions as President without having it be fully vetted by attorney(s) to ensure it is fully lawful."

While I agree with you in principle Degaston, please consider the following.

A previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified that the Constitution was written to be understood by ordinary voters like you and me.

“3. The Constitution was written to be understood by the voters; its words and phrases were used in their normal and ordinary as distinguished from technical meaning; where the intention is clear, there is no room for construction and no excuse for interpolation or addition.” —United States v. Sprague, 1931.

So instead of having Trump rely on the “expert” advice of post-FDR era, institutionally indoctrinated attorneys to help with decisions, patriots need to get Trump up to speed on the practice of making sure that his decisions are justifiable under one of the clauses following Clause 1 of Congress’s constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

In fact, Judge Andrew Napolitano will read Section 8 to anybody who has about three minutes to spare.

Judge Napolitano & the Constitution

If Donald Trump is elected President we could be in for some scary times.

We're in for scary times no matter who is elected, and some of the reasons for that are self-inflicted. But one thing is clear - it's time to shake things up and try someone who isn't a Beltway lifer or a member of the Bush or Clinton political nepotism factories. It's time we got someone in there who understands that borders exist for a reason, who has actually built things and created jobs. Way past time, to be honest.

He apparently doesn’t apprehend the scary times we would live in if Hillary got in. Doofus.

Glad he’s at least seeing something worthwhile in The Donald.

What does the thought of a Hillary presidency make you feel?

I am scared of a Civil War breaking out when Hillary Wins and it will. I sense that it will anyways when Trump tries to fix America. So it will be bumpy.

If Hillary is elected then there is a serious risk of the following happening:

1. The mainstream media could effectively function as the ministry of propaganda for whatever executive orders she creates. This will help ensure she can eliminate dissent and go after people on the internet who might be “un-American” in the opinion of her Excellency the beloved leader of our land.

2. She instructs Congress to pass certain laws. They fail to do so. She issues an executive order to effectively implement what she wants anyway. She does it anyway. Then Congress files suit. Perhaps Justice Kennedy would be sent to take a hunting trip to west Texas? Her appointees + those of her husband & Obama rule in favor of her executive order without giving any serious consideration to its lack of Constitutionality. There is a precedent for this in the Supreme Court decisions we saw over ObamaCare and many other scenarios.

3. Each of the members of Congress learns that they essentially serve at the pleasure of the President. The members of the Judiciary (including the Supreme Court) and all of the State/local officials (i.e. Governors, state legislators, mayors, etc) will learn the same. Any of you ever heard of the NSA programs for monitoring phone calls and all other forms of electronic communications?

4. Considering how Hillary is getting “old” its likely that a Politburo-style of government could be implemented like Party Secretary Stalin had in the Soviet Union. New Amendments to the Constitution would be enacted quickly according to the decreed verbiage of the Leader by those appointed to the Congress and legislators by this same beloved Leader. The new era of Soviet America will have come. We’d probably still have the mid-term elections in 2018 and Presidential elections in 2020 & many elections thereafter where those who are loyal to the Leader would be able to publicly declare their votes just as the voters did under the regime of Saddam Hussein.

I sure hope the nightmare I’ve described doesn’t happen here in the USA and even if she is elected that she doesn’t create such a nightmare. But Hillary Clinton has proven to have a total disregard for rules/laws in the past so if she ever attains the Presidency then it’ll certainly be difficult to try to prevent her from doing whatever she wants. We simply don’t have the same checks/balances in place in 2016 that we had in 1992 when she/Bill became the heir apparents of the White House. The Office of the Presidency of the USA has much more power now than it has ever had before and perhaps has more power than any dominion in history. If ever there was a time to have a very hated person who sincerely loves and respects our Constitution’s principles be the President then now is the time.

The choice now is Trump or Hillary. You didn’t really answer the question so many on this thread have asked; who do you fear more?

Just to be clear, I hope that Hillary, if elected, does sincerely respect the Rule of Law over her own whims. However there is very strong evidence that she will abuse the system grossly and America will suffer. It’s up to her to now prove to the voters of America that she will sincerely change her ways. If she doesn’t then we must defeat her in 3 months from now as it would be very dangerous for our country to get 270+ electoral votes.

You actually think Hillary might change from the criminal sociopath she has been all of her life at the age of 68? After getting a pass on every crime she has committed?

Where are all your successful businesses? Where are all your billions? Where are all your successful predictions on our economic problems?

You have the gall to give Trump advice?

Trump has forgotten more than you ever knew!

I fear Hillary more; a big reason being that I fear that Congress and the Media won’t do their jobs to check her abuses of power.
