Many large dogs I have run into did not even need to be introduced, They run right up to me right away. And this includes so-called vicious breeds. In fact the so called vicious breeds sometimes try to drown me with slobber.
Nice story! Thanks for maintaining my favorite ping list, Joe 6-pack.
Awwwwwwwwwww
Quarantine and entry fees.
Just back from the Chino Hills Dog park. two Shepard's, two Alaskans, One Golden Ret., One Lab. One Bulldog, One Golden doodle and my mutt half Jindo and who knows what else. My Dog was the runt of the Big Dog section and went belly up passive a few times. Need to get her there more often to toughen her up LOL
Just now read your post. We have one breeder dog and one rescue. I completely agree with your rescue comments. Once we had a trainer at the house. When he was leaving he said, “If there is ever an intruder, your breeder dog will bark and maybe bite. The rescue will kill for you.”
