FRANKLIN COUNTY, Arkansas —Two men were arrested on charges of engaging in sexual conduct with minors, according to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. They are looking for three others.
Weston Bailey, John Dalton Davis and Cory Oxford are at large, the sheriff's office said. Dillon Harrison and Michael Roe have been captured.
One of the victims was a teenage boy, according to an arrest warrant. The boy told investigators Dalton Davis and Dillon Harrison would drive him to Mike Roe's house in Franklin County, and the three men would perform sex acts on him.
The boy said this happened 2 or 3 times with Davis, about 10 times with Harrison, and about 40-60 times with Roe. It began when he was 15 years old and continued for nearly a year, the warrant said.
The boy said that the first time it happened, Roe paid him $40 and threatened his life if he told anyone. Roe paid him various amounts on different occasions, he said.
Two other juveniles backed up the boy's story to investigators, the warrant said.
Warrants were issued for each man on the following charges listed below:
Michael Ray Roe, Age 60, Charges of Rape, Transportation of a Minor for Prohibited Sexual Conduct, and Sexual Assault 4th Degree
Weston Bailey, Age 20, Charge of Sexual Indecency with a Child
Dillion Wayne Harrison, Age 19, Charges of Transportation of a Minor for Prohibited Sexual Conduct and Sexual Indecency with a Child
Cory Bryant Oxford, Age 25, Charges of Rape and Transportation of a Minor for Prohibited Sexual Conduct
John Larry Dalton Davis, Age 20, Charges of Transportation of a Minor for Prohibited Sexual Conduct and Sexual Indecency with a Child.

Had the assailants been 23-to-30-year-old female high school teachers, nobody would have cared.
At least that would have been biologically natural — not a nasty, millenia-condemned perversion...
