How can I filter Free Republic using keywords?

Anyone know how to filter Free Republic using keywords? There are some topics and articles I never want to see.

I filter it the opposite way - if I want Ted Danson articles, for example, I type “teddanson.” Not sure how to avoid Ted Danson articles until I see them?

Go on a Jihad against the authors and posters of such.

Hound them relentlessly.

Become single minded in your pursuit.

If you find some bitterness among the posts, you can boil the whole FR and it does blanch out some of the bitterness.

For some reason I could never get my iPad through regular coffee filters. That’s why I had to boil it.

I think if you’re avoiding Ted Danson articles, life is pretty easy on FR. Even if you have an anaphalytic allergy to Danson, he isn’t mentioned much around here. Except for now. Carry an Epi-Pen.

Go to every article that doesn't offend you and insert the keyword "thisisok."

Then do a keyword search for the keyword "thisisok."

Voila.

Problem solved.

When you see a thread title and prefer not to see the actual thread, close your really tight as you scoll and don't open them until you have scrolled beyond that thread.

Won’t work. I already marked stuff that offends me with “thissucks” and the automatic spell-check gets them confused!
