Our Country economy has been run by so called economic gurus with PHDs in economics from prestigious universities for many years now.

It is apparent that they have been doing a crappy job for a long time.

Ben Stein please take all your experts and yourself and get on the first spaceship to Planet Dumb-Ass.

Ben Stein wrote a book on success when he was a young lawyer working for a large U.S. government agency while Trump was hiring lawyers to work at his growing business empire.

But let’s give septuagenarian Ben Stein a break, maybe he meant sugar-daddy economics. What has Ben Stein done lately? I discovered that Stein is currently an in-house journalist at Newsmax Magazine. I am stunned that Christopher Ruddy has hired him. Stein seems like he is a spokesman for the #NeverTrump cabal. Reports are saying that Stein may vote for Hillary.

If all Trump does is allow business to be business, he doesn’t need to be a great steward.

If Trump gets the fedzilla to take their big fat hairy foot off the neck of businesses....

Miracles might happen...

Ben Stein managed to be oblivious to the Housing Bubble. That’s the quality of his economic wisdom.

I heard him debate with Cassandras who had correctly identified the Bubble and were warning that we were in for big trouble when the thing collapsed. Stein saw nothing but roses. I even managed to spot the bubble and warned my friends, so it’s not like it was all that hard to see if you were paying attention. Of course Art Laffer was just as clueless as Stein for what that’s worth.

Ben Stein’s wheelhouse is acting comedic bit-parts that call for a droll low energy pseudo intellectual with a haughty attitude.

“Didn’t Stein work for Richard “We’re all Keynesians Now” Nixon?”

You’re thinking of his father Herb Stein.

Herb was Nixon's chief economic advisor. Ben was a speechwriter back then.

Ben says he's voting for Trump anyway (and ran into a lot of ridicule for saying that at the same time he criticized Trump).

Ben Stein is more of a free trader, so of course he doesn't think much of Trumponomics.

But he's representative of a lot of people out there who think (or understand) that voting for Donald is rolling the dice in a major way.

Here's the real meat of the op-ed:

While voting for Hillary is a sure bet on a hideous outcome.

I am too.
I thought he was some what of a conservative libertarian in light of his academic expose documentary film, “Expelled, no intelligence allowed”.

Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed (2008) - IMDb

www.imdb.com/title/tt1091617/ Proxy Highlight

Ben Stein examines the issue of academic freedom and decides that there is ... Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed — Big science has expelled smart ideas

RE: “I am disappointed that Ben Stein thinks that Hillary knows about economics, but Trump doesn’t. I think that Ben Stein is completely wrong.”

All these obama/hillary supporters. The way they bash Trump you’d think obama and hillary brought us perfection and didn’t break the law as much as they did.
