First off, no one outside of National Review has ever heard of David French.

Second, if this is true, while Goldberg and Lowry will never admit it publicly, they’ll practically drink the hemlock at this news. It makes their #nevertrump nonsense look even sleazier than it is and that they were/are using their mag as an in-kind contribution to the campaign by one of their own.
