Pacific Amphitheatre seating capacity is about 18K including the lawn. 31,000 total sounds about right. 31,000 inside the venue might be an overstatement. Then again, I could be wrong.
I was five rows up from Trump. Got plenty of close ups. Looks like he just got a haircut.

Th amphitheater had about 8500 total inside I was told about 3-4 thousand did not get in.

Still an impressive crowd for a Thursday night in the busiest part of Orange County.
