One thing for sure, I don’t have weapons to defend myself against animals.
People. What you have to watch out for. Assholes like this.
I have difficulty understanding the callous nature of a human that would do such a thing. But I don’t have any difficulty expressing the pleasure I would have returning the favor if I were to catch them in the act.
[a fantasy punishment]
Find the guys responsible, strip them naked, provide face protection, tie them to a post, and shoot them with paintball loaded with blue leather dye. Itching powder optional. Video record and post on Youtube.
Wow, someone needs to fund the perp and do the same to them. Anyone who would do this to an animal doesn’t deserve to be called human.
Disgraceful (not the recovery, the abuse.)
Poor thing! Goodness, I dislike people sometimes.
A horse of a different color? The punishment seems obvious.
To shot 100 paintballs, is mentally sick...
Obviously, the horse was fearful and in pain...
Future mass murderer or serial killer...
when caught...Lock them up now...
I REALLY hate people sometimes.
....if they really want to, animal rescue people will make sure the perps are caught
This is one of those articles where I get really scared when I read it, because if I caught someone doing this I don’t know if I could control myself. Assault I believe has a max. of 7 years in prison, then there’s manslaughter, murder, either way it all comes down to self control doesn’t it but you get people like this who REALLY test the limit.
This article was posted previously.......just sayin
Horrible. Some people are sub-human.
What are the chances this poor old mare was tortured by someone who doesn’t share the same moral and social values about animals as, how should I say it? , a NBC.

I wish I could take her. I’d love to feed her, wash her, brush her and take her for walks. Poor baby.

Her crime,”Being White”.
Equine Lives Matter
My parents had one horse who lived to be 43 before he committed suicide. He was still in his prime when we first got him. Moon Ace was a retired race horse. He was actually very gentle and not high strung like many other race horses. He got loved by three generations of kids, first my brother and sisters and then our children and then our children’s children.
When a horse reaches 40 years they look pretty awful compared to a young horse. People were constantly calling and reporting us for animal cruelty. He had no teeth left by the time he reached 40 and he had to be fed special senior horse chow. He didn’t like the senior horse chow very much and was constantly trying to get to the other horses’ grain. One day he somehow got into another horse’s stall and he ate a big portion of grain.
It became impacted in his stomach and intestines and by the time we figured out what was wrong with him it was too late. He was a fragile old soul and it killed him. It was a very sad day, but he had lost his long time companion Morning Star the year before who had lived with him for thirty years. We like to think that the two of them are running together in green pastures in horsey heaven.
It’s mean but they have thick hides
I would be afraid to catch the son(s) of a b.... because what I would do would certainly get me indicted. I wish I hadn’t come across this thread.
