United Airlines has confirmed plans to reconfigure several of its Boeing 777 airliners to accommodate 10 seats across each row instead of nine in its economy class on domestic routes. Yeah. A week or two after they banned smoking on flights, I was airborne. Lit up a cig after takeoff out of habit and "Oh crap!" Doused it real quick. No biggie but I was embarrassed.
Not enough cargo in the hold? Can allocate more weight to the upper deck??
Tomorrow I’m flying from Mumbai to Las Vegas. If I weren’t in business class, I’d hang my self in the john after 30 minutes.
That’s too funny. We flew a lot when my grandson was quite small. Always took Southwest and sat in the front row where there was lots of room for him to drag out all his little trucks and cars and play on the floor in the area between our seat and the divider in front of us. He never bothered anyone and was as happy as a clam.
Have not flown since TSA assumed the job of the U.S. Gestapo but assume that vacant space is no longer available.
