Rachel Maddow points to past examples of when an extremist candidate horrified the Republican establishment and threatened to tear the party apart, but the party endured, and now there are signs that down-ballot Republican candidates are not suffering because of Donald Trump's involvement.
**actual "Confession of a Republican" ad starts at 4:40 if you want to skip over the creature Maddow bleating spastically while looking like Wil Wheaton in lip gloss.

The "Republican" is an actor (Bill Bogert) reading a script and these cable news channels are presenting this old ad (shown in its entirety, like 4 minutes!) as if it's a real Republican confessing his sins. No mention of it being an actor playing a part. Bill Bogert was in the old TV show Small Wonder for crying out loud!
how nice of this turd’ to care about our side s/
This must be the vaunted Rachel Maddow-Mark Levin wing of the GOP looking out for us.
Yeah, i’m sure that Maddow guy is REALLY concerned about the survival of the GOP.
The Republican party, led by the GOPe, is so stupid and corrupt. It needs to be annihilated in November. And it will be as Donald Trump will be CRUSHED by Hillary.
The GOPe has deliberately backstabbed and sandbagged Evangelicals, Constitutional Conservatives, and Tea Partiers. They suck money and support from their supposed constituents only to betray them in the end.
A couple things can be said for Democrats. One is, unlike the GOPe, Democrats actually deliver politically for their constituents. The GOPe scr3ws over their nominal constituents (middle class, Main St., etc.) in favor of big corporate executives and K Street lobbyists. The second thing is Democratic leadership is much, much more intelligent than Republican leadership. Time and time again, the Republican Party is outmaneuvered and made out to look like fools.
The GOPe-led Republican Party is heading for the ash heap of history in November as it so richly deserves.
in the meantime, Megyn on Fox opens with a guest on, that is trying psyops on us - using a picture chart of how many brokered conventions we’ve had in the past 300 years.
“looking like Wil Wheaton in lip gloss.”
HEY NOW leave Wil Wheaton alone. (And check out some of the great sci fi audiobooks he performs!)
