Wonder how much their writing altered over time.
Chiselling out all those pictures would be such a drag, you'd think it would have evolved into some form of lettering after all those years.

In the latest Google Earth database, that area is so riddled with tomb-robbers' potholes, that it is a marvel that they were able to find anything there!

(Been trying to find a way to do a post [image or .KML/.KMZ file] directly from Google Earth to FR, but, so far, no luck.) Guess I could put the image in my own domain's webspace and hotlink to it from FR -- but that's a hassle if nobody's interested... Any Interest in seeing the looted tombs on OHI???

At any rate, I guess they could have looked between potholes, and have seen a likely depression or other evidence... (Not my idea of productive effort...)
