Once at the prayer room make ready to pray, then pray for five minutes and then get ready to return to work, how long? Now travel back to your assigned job and get back into the routine, how long? Five minutes my A$$! The have gotten to disrupt the work environment for how long? Were they getting paid for personal time while the other no muslim employees weren’t?”
They also need time before prayers for ablutions, to wash their hands and feet. And in the case of the Somalis who sued Hertz in Washington state and lost, they wanted to have prayer breaks paid in addition to their ten-minute breaks and their lunch breaks.

Why don’t they bring their own foot basin, like the kind they give you when in hospital.
Take it to bathroom fill it up and place foot in dry it and repeat.
