I've organized some words that I've heard a time or two, and proposed a few of my own. Please feel free to add some of your own.
This is done in fun, and not to malign, criticize or be disrespectful to anyone. I truly hope that in time, all of us here on this wonderful forum will coalesce behind one candidate and campaign for that person and return our country to its former greatness and place of leadership in the world for those who inspire for peaceful freedom and liberty.

Trumpsters-noun-Refers to a teenage followers of Donald Trump.
Trumpkins-noun-Children of the followers of Donald Trump, or young followers in their own right. Frequently seen dressed in Trump attire and campaign slogans, by their parents.
Trumpbot-noun-A rabid follower of Donald Trump who obsessively defends his behavior, opinions and expressions. (As in, Diamond and Silk are two outspoken Trumpbots.)
Trumpish-An adjective in context to Donald Trump, as in “after the mannerism of,†“having the characteristics of,†“like†“addicted to,†“inclined or tending to,†“near or about in age or manner.â€

Trumpers-noun-Male follower of Donald Trump
Trumpy-noun-A senior, who enthusiastically follows Donald Trump.
Trumpeteer-noun-(rhymes w tear) A person who is enthusiastic for Donald Trump and loves to tell people. Can also refer to a person who actually campaigns for Donald Trump.
Trumpeteers-noun-(rhymes w tears) Same as a Trumpeteer, but more than one of them acting together.
Trump Squad-noun-Refers to Donald Trump’s security team or staff. Can also refer to a group of Trump followers or campaigners on their way to a Trump rally.
Trumpsquat-noun-A person who frequently criticizes or puts Donald Trump down either in simple terms or more lavishly as a pundit. (Some well known Trumpsquats-Bill Kristol, Steve Hayes, George Will)
Trump Piece-noun-An article or opinion given about Donald Trump. (As in, Last night Charles Krauthammer did a short Trump Piece on Bill O’Reilly’s Show.)
Trump Dump-noun-As a noun refers to a Trump Piece that is negative or critical of Donald Trump.
Trump Dumped-A verb that refers to the act of talking or writing negatively about Donald Trump.
Trump Dumper-noun-A person who continually writes or speaks negatively about Donald Trump. (As in, one of the best known Trump Dumpers is Glenn Beck.)
Trumpcaid-noun-Refers to the line of black cars that takes Donald Trump to a function.
Trumped-verb-When used in the context of Donald Trump means to beat (someone or something) by saying or doing something better, also as in to outshine, outclass, upstage, put in the shade, eclipse, surpass, outdo, top, cap, outperform, be head and shoulders above, leave standing, or as in to be schlonged.
Yeah, right.
Trumpet-noun-Female follower of Donald Trump. Accent put on the second syllable.

I really don’t follow Cruz. I’m for Trump.

IN fact, I’m a Trumpbot, and I’m not ashamed to say it. Cruz is a good man, and I’ll certainly campaign and vote for him if he wins. I’d like to think the vast majority of us Trumpeteers will too. I sense that this is not the same for the Cruz people. Will they support our man, Trump, if he wins? Or are they going to throw their vote away on the other side, or not even show up.
I’m for Trump and proud of it.

Whether you actually intended this in a good-natured way or not; it is only going to work for Trump’s good. Because, any one of those names you listed, when spoken aloud, emphasizes the name Trump.
Unless the syllable(s) which follow the NAME are emphasized to some degree, all the listener hears is the name TRUMP. Go ahead. Try it out. Speak a few of those epithets. TRUMPet. TRUMPer. (Sorry you brought it up yet)?

That’s refreshing to hear. Yes I will no hesitate to vote for either if they are the nominee. I believe not voting or voting third party is scorched earth thinking, it’s what a loser does when losing the battle. It’s a spiteful resentful thing to do. It hurts only one’s self and cause: Resentment is like drinking poison and waiting for your enemy to die.
You can’t spell triumph without Trump.
