Clinton doubled down on the existing, failed U.S. approach in the Middle East, the one she pursued as Secretary of State.
The CIA-led policy in the Middle East works like this. If a regime is deemed to be unfriendly to the U.S., topple it. If a competitor like the Soviet Union or Russia has a foothold in the region, try to push it out. If this means arming violent insurgencies, including Sunni jihadists, and thereby creating mayhem: so be it. And if the result is terrorist blowback around the world by the forces created by the US, then double down on bombing and regime change.
In rare cases, great presidents learn to stand up to the CIA and the rest of the military-industrial-intelligence complex.

The MSM already sent that one down the memory hole.

Quoting Hillary: We must respect and empathize w/ Islamics (those who behead children)

Hillary Clinton has said some stupid things but this is simply astonishing: "This is what we call smart power," Clinton said to a small audience at Georgetown. "Using every possible tool and partner to advance peace and security. Leaving no one on the sidelines. Showing respect even for one's enemies. Trying to understand, in so far as psychologically possible, empathize with their perspective and point of view. Helping to define the problems, determine the solutions. That is what we believe in the 21st century will change -- change the prospects for peace."

Sap-happy progressives bought into Hillary/Obama's notion that getting greater cooperation from our allies, and less hostility from our enemies, was just a matter of giving them hugs and kisses. Hillary Clinton arrogantly declared it smart power on Time magazine cover.
The left seems to love revolutions.
When Putin finds the arms that were sent from Venezuela to Benghazi to Syria to overthrow Assad, Putin should go to the Hague and demand they bring action against the Government of the United States...including every House and Senator and government official that was involved in this...
(And that goes for Obama and Hillary, as well.)
Uh...I think the litmus test has been if the regime is friendly to anyone besides the Muslim Brotherhood, topple it.
Used to be. Now it's climate change that's causing terrorism.
And banning guns is the only thing that will save the planet.
Later in the article comes this brutal summary:
Thanks to America's misguided policies, we now have wars and violence raging across a 5,000-mile stretch from Bamako, Mali to Kabul, Afghanistan, with a U.S. hand in starting and stoking the violence. Libya, Sudan, the Sinai, Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan are all cases where the U.S. has directly intervened with very adverse results. Mali, Chad, Central African Republic, Somalia are some of the many other countries indirectly caught up in turmoil unleashed by U.S. covert and overt operations.
That’s a very clever .Gif.
Thanks... was going to make it about Obama, but he's done now...
Was also thinking of putting Hillary in a negligee...
Not sure if the image with her ugly mug in the Presidential seal lasts long enough to catch... :)
Anyway, that's an easy one to edit if you want to make a variation... just download The Gimp and it's easy!
Thanks.
I’ve made a few Gifs but they have always been linear. What that gif does is to introduce a whole new concept.
At one point I was trying to create a “Mouse over” gif that played an audio file. But I think I would need to learn Java to make it happen.
Clinton was working with Sid Blumenthal to make money from Libya
