:-) you are most welcome! I was amazed at the good effect the vinegar has for many of my cramped muscles. Another AMAZING remedy for them is the homeopathic remedy ‘MagPhos”. The relief is almost immediate.

Here is a link to the kind I use.

Usually one dose will take care of it within a few minutes. Sometimes, it requires another dose or two. I have also discovered that with my body, being dehydrated makes me especially subject to cramps, especially if i have been more energetic than usual!

In addition, I’ve started using an Amish remedy based on apple cider vinegar. It also contains ginger and garlic. Sometimes, if I’m out of the product, I have found that plain apple cider vinegar actually does help too.

I do hope this helps you! Everyone is different, but it is great to try lots of different things. If you are not already familiar with it, do look into obtaining the “Prescriptions for Nutritional Healing” by Balch. Very comprehensive, and supplies a galore of info on alternative treatments, supplements, etc for supporting the body and treating it for many different ailments. It is worth every penny.

I've converted old 30 gallon propane tanks to wood burners by cutting a couple of holes and sticking a pipe in the top. The EPA can’t stop ingenuity in America. Lots of videos on how to do this. I got my tank at the local dump for free.

We had a bigger pig [I want to say 800 gallon] that had been punctured by armor-piercing rifle bullets. So we built a frame to hold a chopsaw in place, whacked off the ends, and made a pair of boiling pots out of 'e,. Just right for cooking missionaries!

I have a few of those little flashlights myself. About 130 lumens from a single AA battery. At about $4 each, they cannot be beat.
