I want Cruz/Trump.
“Mensheviks” is a term I haven’t heard in a while. From his usage of the term, Cruz clearly understands the ins and outs of each subvariety of Leftism _ which means that he knows how to defeat each subvariety of Leftism.
Not only are the demoncrats examples of one or the other socialist camps, but the entire batch of presstitutes in print and media is their propaganda arm.
On that subject it was a bit of fresh air to hear (some) Repub candidates throw mud in their faces.
Very unlike that squish romney who let Candy Cow-ley get away with blatant bias three years ago..

Yes, I leapt out my chair when he cited the procedural split in the Russian Social Democratic Party. It was a “teaching moment”. The country will need a lot more of them to haul us back out of the Obama/Clinton Marxist abyss.
And by calling attention to the differences, he’s making us recognize greater details about the process one intends to follow - and makes us realize how close they are to their goals.
Cruz’ comments about the Bolsheviks and Mensheviks was hands down the most significant thing said in the entire debate. Actually, not just this debate, in the entire campaign.
I’ve been for Cruz all along, happy to see him getting more recognition.

He didn’t repeat what was said word for word, but paraphrased. I remembered what everyone said too. Does that man I have audiographic memory as well?
I caught it and it chilled me to the bone. He sees the same thing I have been seeing for quite some time.
Notice one interesting thing nobody ever says about spending? Nobody ever says, “We can’t afford it.”? Why not? The reason is simple. IT DOES NOT MATTER. There is another plan that does not involve a need to be concerned about debt. Another plan that does not involve what you or I consider in the traditional fabric of the United States because it is being destroyed on purpose.
You are a minority that took the time to actually a) fully listen and b) take the time to research what the meaning of what Cruz said.
To the average American....even average VOTING American....things like this go right over their heads.
That’s why Trump is connecting so well with so many Americans, across the board. He’s giving them quick factual pieces of important soundbites, that the average mind can know AND retain....not a Russian (not that most would even know that!) history lesson.
Cruz and Trump are both extremely brilliant. Their delivery methods are quite different, obviously. Cruz’ brilliance...and delivery, unfortunately, is not connecting with the average citizen. (Not a slight against either candidate.)
The dumbing down of our education standards contributes to this. An American student of the 1950’s, or prior, would’ve likely known exactly what he was talking about. (I went through our school system after that, but again....it’s the minority who understand his meaning, today.)
