A strongly worded letter, with sparse usage of ‘CAPS’. The CAPS would convey that obama is very series and ‘he means business’...!

Not sure deconflict is the right word...

Deconflicted, or deconflicting, or deconflict is used in military jargon fpr the following purposes.
-- When two friendly organizations are working the same Area, a conflict arises as these organizations near each other, or share an area of responsibility v. the enemy.

The Russians don’t seem that they are much interested in “Deconflicting”.

They stated today that the RUSSIANS are the only LEGAL foreign power operating in Syria, as they are there at the request of the Syrian Government.

Putin will continue to ignore Obama. Our forces will hit a confrontation at some point, and Obama will back down - then start something somewhere else to save face.

Why do we have planes there? We have no interest in Syria. We don't even have diplomatic ties.

And Obama should remember that it was Russia...not him....that got Assad to give up his chemical weapons.

My bet....Obama is going to try like hell to assassinate Assad...and blame it on Russia.

U.S. presence will be told to run like scared rabbits while Putin steps up to the plate to do the job that a REAL American president would have finished a long time ago. In fact, it never would have happened with a continued presence in Iraq.

What a horrid situation.

Pretty soon we’re going to start receiving the remains of dead Americans who were “embedded advisers” working with ISIS. Once we start digging into this it’ll make Benghazi look like the most transparent operation ever conducted.

Yeah, sucks for lobbing off heads when you might be blasted apart at any moment. But then maybe it's all been a setup for Russian entry into the area. Remember our beloved president saying “ After My Election I Have More Flexibility “.

"U.S. working to 'deconflict' military operations in Syria"

Since we haven't been doing jack**** to stop ISIS, I'm guessing Hussein and JF'ingKerry are concerned that their operation to illegally run arms to the ragheads might be disrupted?

What do you suppose will happen next?

In my mind, ISIS is mostly cowards who have to live in a fantasy medieval world. They'll pack up and walk to Europe when confronted with a real threat. Putin gets to fill the void and provide a strictly enforced safe haven for Christians and other minorities.

That's just a guess of what the best-case scenario would be. Let the EU sort it out when millions of Islamic terrorists show up in Germany.

Obama can bring in General “Fire on the Russians” Wesley Clark!
Old perfumed Prince Wesley Clark tried to start WWIII in the Yugoslav by ordering British General Sir Michael Jackson to fire on the Russians at Pristina airbase.
I’m sure Obama has some similar squeak in uniform to pull it off.
