How to insert an image in a post. Remember to always PREVIEW the post. The -br> are called breaks (I removed one of the < so it could be seen). They cause the text or image to go on the next line.
Locate an image on the internet then copy the web address then add it as seen below. Save the image to your desktop and open it. Note the dimensions and add them as you see below.

If the image is large you can resize the image by changing the numbers. The program you use to open the image with should show you the dimensions. Width comes first then height.

Firefox: Tools> Page Info (Don't see it? Right click on toolbar or Home button then click on Menu Bar)
Internet Explorer: right click on image then click on Properties. (Don't see it? Right click on toolbar or Home button then click on Menu bar)
Microsoft Windows Photo Preview: Go to File> Properties
Microsoft Paint shows the dimensions in lower left.
IrFanView IrFanView shows the dimensions in the lower left.
