During a news conference at the DNC in Minneapolis, MN, Hillary Clinton again reiterated that she did not send or receive material marked 'classified' on her private and unsecured email server.
Nice word play you did there, Hillary, but whether or not classified information is marked as such or not is NOT the question or issue. The question is, "Did you send or receive CLASSIFIED INFORMATION (MARKED OR NOT) ON YOUR UNCLASSIFIED SERVER???"
As Secretary of State, Hillary of ALL PEOPLE should be well aware of what information is classified or unclassified, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS MARKED.
"Did you send or receive classified information THAT WAS NOT PROPERLY MARKED on your unclassified and unsecured private email server?", because if you did you STILL COMMITTED A CRIME!!
This scandal is going the way of the Benghazi scandal.. Slow walking us to run out the clock. WHY HASN'T SHE BEEN INDICTED YET? We want our FBI and DOJ to apply the law regardless of political consequences, but we know where this is going, don't we? NOWHERE!!!

As far as I know...she only had one server. And until May, she only had one email address; but now we know that she had a secret email address as well. If what she says is true, (I don’t believe her...she’s a pathological liar) then what server then did she email “classified” material on? Where are those emails?
I could start typing here and reveal info that was once secret (and probably still is). There would be no markings, but I’d be arrested and jailed quick enough! If only I were a corrupt and traitorous Democrat politician! Then I could do anything...

In short Obama signed an EO in 2009, designated only three intelligence agencies can classify and declassify intelligence information. [Neither State Dept nor Mrs. Clinton at its head is one of the three.] And classified material was found from her disclosed email. Those emails were designated as classified from the sender source and remained classified to this date.
