I’ve never shot skeet on a field that looked like that.
I believe that the firearms experts at CNN wouldn’t know the difference between trap and skeet if I spent a half hour explaining it to them.
At least they didn’t call it sporting clays.

I am skeptical they have any firearms experts at CNN. They may have just got a floor sweeper and slapped a vest on and said smile Bud.
I suspect ol’ Lins is much more familiar with the other meaning for “skeet.”

First, they are on a trap shooting range, with what looks like very loose safety precautions. The shotguns appear to be similar to those used for skeet. My guess is they were just wasting lead

I’m guessing it isn’t much of a photo-op when everyone is taking their turn shooting, and spaced 10 feet apart. I could even be okay with that if Graham was focused on where his muzzle was and paying attention to things rather than jabbering away the entire time.
