This article is an absurd response to the fact that too many police officers and too many law enforcement agencies are out of control and unaccountable for their crimes.
Yes, “crimes”.
Deal with the problem of unconstitutional policing instead of postulating absurdities and maybe we can get back to a time when people like myself trusted the police.

That hasn’t happened.Or, their Unions would funnel obscene amounts of money into a particular Mayoral candidate's campaign so he or she will do their bidding; namely, to protect and defend out-of-control cops.

WND is a conservative site. If you don’t respect it, you’re not a conservative. That doesn't follow, even accepting your major premise. It is quite possible to argue that WND's style and mode of reporting is harmful to the conservative movement, and thus, to accord them little respect while being a conservative and accepting that WND is a conservative site. I myself have often found their reporting suspect and their style a bit over the top from time to time. Others who feel the same way may well have lost respect for the site.
