SAFETY HARBOR -- A Safety Harbor woman was arrested for hitting her husband because he wouldn’t take down the Confederate flag, according to deputies.
Deputies say Margaret “Peggy” Rae Carpenter and her husband, Larry, were arguing over the Confederate flag Larry had put up Saturday afternoon.
