Seems to me Cities like San Fransisco, Denver, and every other liberal cesspool that supports the illegal aliens that break the law have in effect broken the federal laws, so when the hell is Obama gonna send in the Military to take these break away Cities and force them back into the Union like Obama Lincoln. Isn't it ironic that Denver (a Secessionist city) has a Mural of Obama as Abraham Lincoln in it that was put up around the time of his coronation in Denver in 2008...
Hell the Libs in the Media always laugh and chide the Texans that claim Texas can leave the union at any time due to their state constitution, well, a lot of Dark blue cities and some states like Kalifornia have thumbed their noses at federal law.... They have already left the Union, though only for some laws, but they still crave what big government has and that is the "electrolytes" that is other people's money...
It has already happened, but since those cities enforce policies that all of liberaldom, (academia, media, and statist government beer-craps, and democrap politicians ) support then they simply look the other way....
Heck, even states like the people's Republik of Kalifornication are essentially "Sanctuary Secessionist States".
Who is to speak up? We have no fifth estate, the media is a de-facto-stand-alone-complex arm of the federal government. The Media has been subsumed by the government in a round about way..
Instead of the three branches of Government we have now have FIVE of them:
1. Legislative (the do nothing rubber stampers) 2. Executive (the Enforce/non-enforcer of the laws they choose to enforce) 3. Judicial (the Rationalization branch, make the large square pegs fit in the tiny round holes of the constitution) 3. Bureaucratic (all of the Agencies created by the Executive and Legislative Branch that mostly answer to Executive branch and their own self-interests as an Organization)
5. The "fifth Estate", The Media (The Propaganda Branch, or the Government Policy Marketing Branch)
When it comes to immigration and sanctuary cities the media preys upon the people's good intentions and uses those corpses of the people illegals have killed to pave the road to hell with. the people who have died are one of the most easiest preventable causes of death. People who's deaths could have been prevented by keeping dangerous criminals and nare-do-wells out of the his country who have come here illegally. Many of whom were actual criminals BEFORE they came here. Also, there are Some who may have come here illegal but were not criminals in their home countries. Illegal Aliens who turned to a life of crime here in the United States, because if they were not punished for breaking the law getting here, maybe they would try their luck at breaking MORE OF OUR LAWS!
So if cities can thumb their noses at federal laws, then why the hell can't any city, town, county, or state simply pick and choose what laws they intend to enforce or prevent federal officials from enforcing in their jurisdiction?
Why couldn't a city or county or even state simply ban it's citizens from paying federal income tax and instead just tell it's citizens they only have to pay their local government say 10% the amount they would normally send to the federal government?
Isn't trespassing (illegal immigration) just another crime, and if these cities can be complicit in allowing other people to break ONE generally regarded universal law, then why the hell not all of them?
What we have right now is "bureaucratic anarchy through selective enforcement" form of government... The left always whines that having No government leads to anarchy (As their justification for being against LIMITED government and for Giant Overwhelming government). We have Anarchy right now, and it is not due to having too little government, it is due to having way too much that can be efficiently controlled, restrained, and most importantly HELD ACCOUNTABLE for it's actions....
gay marriage licenses are also federal law, the states shouldn’t be involved in that...
If a city can openly defy a federal law with impunity, why can we not defy the IRS by refusing to abide by a federal law about paying taxes?
Anarchy ALWAYS results when the rule of law is not followed.
The most guilty are not those who do the breaking but those who do not do their duty and punish those who do the breaking. (Are you listening Boehner, McConnell?)
