93% is dry and unusually lean, probably most recipes assume more fat. Might have to add some kinda fat to compensate

Whatever you do with it will need some maters.

Make a well seasoned patty for yourself, and some fries, and let your wife eat a salad.

1 Large can of pork and beans, add a little ketchup to it and let simmer. Serve with biscuits!

The problem the my wife and I are having is that MOST cookbooks/recipes make TOO MUCH and we are left with SCADS of leftover. I wish the I/WE could find more stuff(Cookbooks/Recipes) for just 2 people.

Boil some pasta. Throw in some ricotta cheese with the pasta and meat and sauce of your liking. Top with parm or your fav and bake it 30 min...make a salad...yum.
