Actually you should add some onions and garlic and split it so you make it more then one flavor.
Make part of it spaghetti and part of it strogonoff.
We are having enchiladas with red chile with our ground beef.
Here’s a recipe from my late husband’s family. They called it slumgallion.
4 lbs ground meat, browned
1 32 oz can tomato sauce
1 32 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
2 16 oz cans yellow corn, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
Slow cook in crock pot for 8 hours. It makes a very hearty and tasty soup.
Some cooked elbow noodles, a can of diced tomatoes, and Velveeta with your hamburger will make a great casserole.
And it will freeze or keep in the fridge for leftovers.
