93% is dry and unusually lean, probably most recipes assume more fat. Might have to add some kinda fat to compensate

Fry some bacon and add the drippings to the ground beef to make it more palatable.

Fry a couple strips of bacon...will flavor your meat as well...which if 93%... that lean is pretty much flavorless unless it’s Natural grass fed etc.
