FULL TITLE: New Duggar police report reveals Josh confessed THREE times to his father that he had molested girls in the home - and Jim Bob and Michelle could have faced prison for the cover up
An explosive new police report has been released that further details the sexual molestation of minors by Josh Duggar.
The report, obtained by InTouch, reveals that Josh told his father Jim Bob on multiple occasions that he had assaulted minors, once going from one girl to the next while they were asleep.
What's more, one of these girls was only five-years-old when Josh, 15, molested her, according to the report.

The new report makes it clear that Josh told his father at least three times that he had been molesting young girls, and despite this Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar waited 16 months until they spoke to anyone about what was happening, and even then it was not in any official capacity.

I’ve been reading these articles here at Free Republic, and suspect that the Duggars were concerned that they’d lose their children to the state authorities if they went to the police. Josh was old enough he should have been sent away to a boys camp, the kind with barbed wire fencing around it.
There is no doubt what Duggar did was inexcusable and a crime. It should have been handled as such. But juvenile records are sealed for a reason so I have to wonder who is responsible for releasing them? Also would it not normally take a court order for such a release? Obviously this is not about protecting children nor was it done in response to legal action. This is about putting a family that the Left believe represents all fundamental Christians in a very bad light. It is about trying to destroy the moral authority of churches and the faithful who speak out against immoral conduct.
You will never convince me that the Progressive Left which pushes for abortion without restriction; which lobbies for graphic sex ed content in primary grades; which supports lowering the age of consent; which is fully allied with the LGBTQWTF juggernaut cares so much about the devastation immoral and criminal sexual conduct has on children.

Could indeed be part of the reason but I’ve seen any number of cases like this and the State never did that once the Offender was pulled out of the home.
The Prosecutors need to be all over this. This is disgusting.
What does not seem to concern anyone is that the detective the boy spoke to was later convicted of engaging in a child pornography ring, and that the courts and the police failed to protect all the children by releasing their sealed records. If anything, families facing the same kinds of problems and watching this walk away thinking they cannot trust the authorities to do the right thing. Either the authorities are perverts themselves or they are above the law and vindictive.
I wonder why no one focuses on this? This is as big if not bigger than the molestation itself.
If you take on the gays, they tend to fight back. The records probably should not have been revealed, but that doesn’t change the fact that it happened and it also doesn’t change the fact that the Duggars chose to fight the political battle. Politics is dirty business. Arkansas politics especially so.

When we were in a lawsuit my sister talked a clerk into letting her see records that had been sealed. She simply acted like she had every right to see them and demanded to see them. So, without a badge or even an ID, she read the record. Any system is only as effective as the chimps who oversee it in practice.

The records were never sealed because in 2006 when the police reports were made Josh was 18 and an adult perp.
Are the liberals out to get them? Yup.
Which makes their seeking of publicity and using that fame to cast stones at liberals and their causes all the more reckless.

This is rank speculation and I’m ashamed to see it on FreeRepublic. I’ve heard it hinted at elsewhere but not all children who molest other children learn it from someone else. Adolescent boys are animals. That’s just the facts. I’m Virtus certified which means I attended a one day seminar on sex abuse of children and have to keep it updated monthly.

They’ve used and endorsed the wacked out book “To Train Up A Child” by Michael Pearl.
Do you think that you should use “Blanket Training” on a child where you place a baby or toddler on a blanket, put a favorite toy just out of reach and when the child leaves the blanket to get it, yell, and beat the baby to teach it discipline? The book does.
Do you think that a baby grabbing at your glasses is cute? They don’t. Your supposed to yell at the baby and hit it.
Take some time and read the text of “To Train Up A Child” above.
You need not learn it from “ma and pa”. It was an outrageous charge.
