The characteristic shrill and repeated distress call made by the Common North American Lib Loon (Liberalis Vacuous). It is typically sounded, ad nauseum, when the birds feel cornered, which happens often due to their innately poor sense of direction and unawareness of surroundings.
The vexing sound is soon loudly repeated by all other distressed Lib Loons across a wide territory.
Most other bird genus, such as the once-numerous Common Sensiblem and Haveworktoduem, have learned to largely ignore this useless sound.
This contrasts with a highly symbiotic species, Mainstreamum Mediaus, which is known to fly in from miles around at it's slightest utterance, hoping to gorge itself on any resulting carrion.
Closely flocking with M. Medius is a highly singular, (and very predatory), species, known as Sharptonis Outtogetabuckum. It will also make a sudden appearance and often threaten to precipitate massive, panicked flocking patterns - if not first presented with offerings of shiny objects.
The frequent flocking of these destructive species has, over the years, been of great concern to those who traditionally try to maintain the vast reserves and sanctuaries that host a diverse, and largely cooperative, bird population.
But the current administration has opted instead to reclassify them with a Protected Species Status - diverting food, resources and Game Wardens from other threatened species to preserve and expand them. Their new, governing conservation philosophy has become "Wanting To Give Space To Those Birds Who Wished To Destroy Crops, Estuaries and Nests."
This new policy has been enforced along with increased protection of the many invasive, untagged species covered by the Administration's attempted expansion of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. Some of policies include forcing citizenry to hand feed any non-indigenous, (& possibly disease carrying), feathered flocks that land and nest in their own backyard. Citizens are also required to learn and communicate only in the invaders native birdcalls as well.

I ‘gave up’ long ago and accepted the racist label. Guess it doesn’t ‘count’ that I am a racist ONLY when it comes to idiotic liberals and I treat Blacks the same as I do Whites. Like some, don’t like some, there are those that say that while I may claim some Black ‘friends’, how many have been in your house.
