Frankly, I think we need have bathrooms that put those markings on the bathrooms.

I strongly disagree with Rick Santorum on this issue. If a person is born a male, you can mutilate his body and give him hormone shots which will cause physical changes, but he is still a male and will remain a male until the day he dies. There is no changing that.
If you are born with all the male equipment, then you are a male. If you have female equipment, then you are a female. Anybody who can’t live with that fact is a spoiled brat. A man is born a man and should live like that all his life. To not do so is a severe character flaw.
This statement confirmed everything I thought about Rick Santorum in 2012.
if that is what you truly believe rick- then you are as mentally sick as jenner is because you BOTH are denying reality- and sick people deny reality- it is NOT healthy to deny reality rick- You need mental help if this is what you truly believe- ESPECIALLY if you are calling yourself a Christian- Jenner thinking he is a woman is no more true fact than a person thinking they are a pomegranate- what is wrong with you sir? No Jenner doesn’t care for relations with men. Difference between gays and transgenders is they might remain still attracted to the opposite sex. Which is why he continued to marry three times out.
At any rate...the guys looking to leave this earth as a sensationalist...like the whole family is. HE couldn’t go back to his glory years so this is an easy attention getter and the $$$$ will follow.

Well, kumbaya.
I have never liked Santorum, whom I have always considered to be a combination of smarmy and ruthlessly ambitious...but not for any particularly good reason. That is, there isn’t any project he has in mind, he simply wants to get to the top of the heap (without a lot of accomplishments, ala Obama).
But even for an opportunist, this was a completely dumb and spineless thing to say.

Why do Republican politicians think they are required to give their opinions about every detail that passes by? Why could’t he have just said, “Bruce Jenner makes his own personal decisions; I am not his judge”?

Maybe Jenner can be his running mate when he runs for President of Candyland.
