“There it is again. Inferiority much?”

So you think being an American citizen and proud of it is inferior to
being a British subject? The only reason that they are in
the news and in your hearts desire is because they call
themselves royalty. Your confusing my national pride
and love for freedom as inferiority is a joke.

“Pretty sure the baby’s parents don’t think they’re “better” than anyone.”

Yea, you go ahead with that one.

As far as the baby goes, I hope it’s fine and it doesn’t
have too many recessive genetic throwbacks this “royal” family
is famous for.

“I point out that Catherine comes from middle-class origins”

“A serf, prol, subject”

“The British monarchy and aristocracy doesn’t hold people in subjugation and doesn’t have much power at all these days.”

You may want to check up on that they, have plenty of power. Otherwise they wouldn’t exist. Their lack of power and the
propaganda that they are more of a tourist attraction
is a ruse.

“Do you hate everybody who is rich and happy, or just those who inherited money, or just Brits?”

Class envy? Shallow retort.

Just Brits. You’ll have to go to England, sit at a few bars,
shop a few markets and talk to a few locals. Make sure they
know your American and you’ll find out just what they think
of us. The British are just as “reconquista” as the mexicans.
You’ll have to know a little about the civil war to understand
that one. I believe that if England ever thought they had
a tactical advantage they would try to take back
the “colonies”.

Pay close attention to England, they are our ally now but
thats only as long as we are of convenience to them. The England form of Government is a constitutional monarchy, which combines a monarch head of state with a parliamentary system with the constant creep of socialism. In other words they
are socialists with a queen.

Feminine and sort of old-fashioned...nice. My husband’s aunt is a Charlotte.

I’m very pleased with Charlotte as a name, I personally think it’s lovely

And I’m so happy they were able to get Diana in there as well. Elizabeth is nice because it is is honor of her Great-Grandmother and in memory of her Great-Great Grandmother.

I wish Diana had lived to be a grandma.

Glad Charlotte has made a royal comeback. As well as the previously mentioned Princess Charlotte of Wales, there was also the popular wife of George III, Queen Charlotte of Mecklinburg-Strelitz. Still memorialized in the United States by Charlotte, North Carolina.

Note also that Charlotte, N. C. is in Mecklenburg County.

the sham equality we call democracy.

I note that our Founders attempted to erect a REPUBLIC ... and found the concept of "democracy" abhorrent.

They were right.

Yes.

I think they hit a home run with the name, all the way around.

When Princess Grace/ Grace Kelly died and I recall she wasn’t wearing a seat belt either. That probably would have saved her.

A biography of Grace Kelly which I read in recent years suggested that she’d had a heart attack while driving. It said she had previously had cardiac episodes.
